What is the proper amount of shuffals for Bridge. Some say 2, some say as many as six? Can you over-shuffel?

I know how to make all the cards get mixed up then go to all of tat card then mix them up again and make them a whole suit again. It sounds confusing but is awesome!

this can be done with a small hand tho it is alot harder, u have to lean the droped stack of cards up the side and over the top stack without the top stack sliping from your finger tips, or from falling out between the index and the rest of the fingers… abit harder but yea
